Know what AI will cost before you build it

Clear pricing, no surprise implementation costs. Three components, quoted as line items, agreed before any work starts.

The model

Three components, nothing hidden underneath

Most AI proposals hide the running cost. Ours separates what you pay once, what you pay monthly, and what scales with how much you use.

Component 1

Implementation

A one-time fee to design, build, integrate, test and deploy the solution inside your business.

  • Discovery and process mapping
  • Knowledge base and workflow build
  • Integration with your systems
  • Supervised pilot and go-live
  • Team training and handover
Quoted per solution, as a fixed price.
Component 2

Platform & Managed AI

A monthly recurring fee for keeping the system running, monitored, supported and improved.

  • Hosting, monitoring and uptime
  • Model and prompt maintenance
  • Knowledge base updates
  • Performance review and tuning
  • Support with an agreed response time
Scales with the number of live solutions.
Component 3

Usage

What varies with volume. Metered, visible in your dashboard, and capped if you want it capped.

  • Voice: billed per minute of call time
  • Messaging: per conversation
  • Documents: per document processed
  • Workflows: per run
  • Model tokens included in the above
Alerts before you reach any agreed limit.
Indicative

Start with one workflow. Scale when it proves ROI.

Every WorkGenesis engagement starts with a defined business process, a fixed implementation scope and measurable success criteria. Implementation, managed service and usage are quoted separately.

Implementation — indicative starting prices

One-time. Scope and price are fixed in the Statement of Work before any build work begins.

Drivers

What actually moves the price

1

Channels

Each additional channel or phone direction is its own deployment and its own line.

2

Integrations

A documented API is straightforward. A legacy system with no API is the expensive case.

3

Knowledge scope

A tight FAQ is fast. Thousands of products, policies and edge cases takes longer to get right.

4

Volume

Usage is the component that grows with your business — and the one we cap on request.

Enterprise

Custom annual contracts

For multi-site organisations, regulated sectors or anything that has to go through procurement.

  • Annual contract with committed volumes and unit rates
  • Contractual SLA and named account team
  • Private cloud or on-premise deployment
  • Security review, DPA and data residency in writing
  • Purchase orders, net terms and consolidated invoicing

FAQ

About pricing

Because it is real work: mapping your process, building the knowledge base, integrating your systems and running a supervised pilot. Vendors who bury this in a monthly subscription usually recover it through a long minimum term instead.

Yes. We can set hard caps or alert-only thresholds. You get a warning before any agreed limit, and we never apply overage charges that were not agreed in advance.

The managed component runs on a rolling basis with a notice period we agree upfront. Annual commitments attract a discount. Enterprise agreements are shaped around your procurement requirements.

We agree the success measures before we start — automation rate, response time, bookings, documents processed. If the pilot does not reach them we say so rather than moving to the managed phase, and we will tell you whether it is fixable.

Because we are not selling you a chatbot subscription. Implementation covers process discovery, the knowledge base, integrating your live systems, the escalation design, a supervised pilot on real traffic and training your team. If a cheaper tool fits your problem better, we will say so on the call.
