If you become a client, the commercial relationship is governed by the Master Services Agreement, the applicable Statement of Work and the Data Processing Agreement. Where those documents conflict with anything on this website, those documents take precedence.

3. Information on this site

We publish the content of this site in good faith and keep it current, but:

• Pricing shown is indicative. A binding price is only the one in a written quote or Statement of Work.
• The interactive demos use illustrative data and do not represent any client's real information.
• The ROI estimators calculate results from figures you enter. They are arithmetic on your assumptions, not a forecast or a guarantee of any outcome.
• Integration and capability lists reflect our position at the time of writing and may change.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here creates a contract between us.

4. Acceptable use

You may read, print and share this site for your own business evaluation. You may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any connected system
• Use automated means to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others
• Submit false information, malicious content or another person's details through our forms
• Reproduce our content as your own or present it as another company's material
